I take on a limited number of clients per month to ensure attention and quality of each project. The sooner you reach out, the better. We'll discuss the timeline on our free discovery call.
It actually varies based on the project scope and the client response time. On average, it takes about 3 weeks for a branding package. For websites, expect closer to 4 weeks. Let me know if you are on a reasonable tight deadline and I'll do my best to work around it!
All packages and projects require a 50% non-refundable deposit to book and secure your project date. The remaining is proportionally distributed depending on the length of the project, and the last invoice is due before handing over the final files.

how it works
01/CONNECT
If you'd like to start a new project, or need help with an existing project, reach out through the contact form. You will be asked to fill out an order brief as well to determine your project requirements and desired project output.

02/DISCOVER
We will then schedule a discovery call to talk about your business goals as well as your current struggles and how I can help you resolve them. We will also discuss in this call the budget, realistic expectations and project timeline.

03 / collaborate
Finalization of the details of the project. Upon agreement, a signed contract and a 50% downpayment shall be required to proceed. Client should also send their media kit and creative assets such as professional photos, etc.

04/DESIGN
This is where the magic begins! The initial design will be submitted for feedback and revisions. Please note that additional charges may apply for further revisions not included in the contract.

05/LAUNCH
After implementing all the revisions and once you are 100% satisfied with the output, high resolution files will be sent to you upon receipt of full payment.
